This is what a blog post looks like using the current default theme. New posts will appear at the top of this page. Eventually, new posts will fill the page and older posts are pushed down and eventually automatically moved to "archives" pages.

You control this and all other "Posts", as well as "Comments", "Pages", "Media" and "Links", all from the "dashboard" of the back-end administration area of your web site, which you have access to when you Login.

That's also where you "Write" new posts, pages, links, etc., change the "Appearance" your web site with different "Themes" and "Widgets", change your various "Settings", and under the "Users" tab you set up or change your "Profile".
